1. Our Services

  • Dizzy Bunny provides curated, second-hand vintage clothing based on individual customer preferences.

  • All items are sourced from thrift stores, charity shops, car boot sales, and reputable resale sites.

  • We never include fast fashion brands such as Shein, H&M, Zara, Missguided, ASOS, Primark, etc.

2. Ordering Process

  • Customers must submit a Pinterest board with at least 20 images that reflect their desired style.

  • Completion of our style form is required before we begin sourcing.

  • An optional style consultation is available for a more tailored experience.

  • Once an order is placed and paid for, we begin sourcing the items. Cancellations are not possible after payment.

3. Delivery & Shipping

  • Sourcing, styling, and shipping take 4–12 weeks.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

  • Dizzy Bunny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

  • Please be informed that we do not accept international orders (UK only).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate size details to ensure proper fit.

  • Minor signs of wear are expected with vintage clothing, and we do our best to select items in the best possible condition.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they have provided accurate and up-to-date shipping details.

  • Customers should review our store policies before making a purchase to understand the process and expectations.

6. Liability & Disputes

  • Dizzy Bunny is not responsible for allergic reactions, sizing issues, or personal dissatisfaction with sourced items.

  • Any disputes should be directed to our customer support team for resolution.
